Hello world! This is my first blog entry. I have not had a blog since high school. I would like to believe that I have matured a little since then. Ha ha.
I am in my 5th year of teaching and can see some uses for blogs in my classroom. I can see using this in my A.P. Music Theory class to document our large projects. Their next large upcoming project is to create their own instrument. To have them upload and detail their plans for their instrument would be a great lesson! Another use is having students reflect on pieces we are playing in class; the backgrounds of the composers, backgrounds of the pieces, etc.
